Recommended Dose

A commonly recommended serving size is upto 40 gram  of microgreens daily — or roughly 20 gram  per day when you gradually increase intake. 

This small amount already gives a substantial dose of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants because of the high nutrient density of microgreens.

As with all foods: start with smaller quantities if you’re new to microgreens to ensure your body adjusts well. Over time you can include them more regularly, possibly mixing different varieties for balanced nutrition
